Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive parts and service needs
- Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cashing procedures with integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized counter area.
Qualifications
- Bilingual.
- Previous Restaurant Experience is prefered.
- Experience with POS systems, CMMS platforms, inventory management, and stock control processes
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to enhance sales outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and organizational abilities
