What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo / Food Expediter position at Rotie by Stella's?
Rotie by Stella's, located in the beautiful Bridgeway Station in Mauldin, is seeking an experienced expo to join our team. Culinary or service backgrounds welcome! We are a locally owned restaurant that focuses on providing fine dining service in a relaxed atmosphere. We focus on farm fresh ingredients from local vendors, exceeding customer expectations, genuine hospitality, and excellent cuisine.
We are currently closed Sunday Nights & Mondays.
Preferred:
- Prior experience expediting food in a chef-driven restaurant
- Saturday & Sunday brunch availability if needed
- Culinary or service backgrounds are welcome!
Required:
- Must have reliable transportation
- PM availability for dinner service
- Attention to detail and coachability
- 2 professional recommendations
Pay & Hours:
- Hourly rate is based on previous experience
- Pay is hourly rate plus tip out
- Typical hours are 4:00-9:30 for dinner service, 10:00am-2:30pm for brunch shifts
