While many teams are responsible for responding to moments in the present, this one looks toward the future. From finessing the production of our silhouettes to developing new materials, our production gurus work hand-in-hand with our factory team to make sure the wheels of Rothy’s keep turning on our quest for a more sustainable future.What you’ll do:Purchase Order (PO) Management and Systems:Partner with factories and the Production Manager to ensure PO due dates are accurate, and POs are written and submitted in a timely manner.Follow up with factories regarding final product costs to include in the POs and systems.Manage the Capacity document and update POs, style, color, and units once POs are created.Partner with the SAP team on SKU creation and PO date change uploads.Update all necessary reports and systems in a timely manner.Supplier Communication and Delivery:Manage communication with overseas suppliers regarding delivery dates.Manage any adjustments to delivery dates in reports and systems, as necessary.Manage Method of Transit logs to ensure all information is up to date.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting:Partner with Merchant & Planning teams to gather and/or share information, when needed.Own sending out weekly PO notes to the Cross-Functional teams.Support the Production Manager in all aspects of the job, as needed.You are:A clear communicator and effective relationship builder who is passionate about working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.Extremely organized with strong attention to every last detail and a drive for accuracy.Patient, understanding and adaptable; comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment with changing priorities.Eager to learn new skills and new systems.Tech savvy and proficient in G-suite/Excel.
