As part of the Marketing organization, our Creatives work closely with Digital Commerce, Brand Strategy, PR and more teams to tell our brand story—and to deliver the right message on the right platforms.About the Role:We’re looking for a Producer and highly detail-oriented Project Manager in a true dual-role capacity. This person will excel at prioritizing and managing creative projects including leading and producing photo shoots while also demonstrating strong initiative. As part of the larger Brand Marketing team, you’ll help distribute workloads effectively and ensure that all project timelines are met. We’d love to bring someone onboard who is as passionate as we are about all things Rothy’s!What you’ll do:Producer (60%)Produce studio photo shoots (in-house & externally) on a monthly cadenceManage timing and development of seasonal concept with creative and marketing teams ensuring milestones are metDevelop detailed photoshoot timelines and photo shot listsSchedule pre-pro meetings and align with creative, photo crew and marketingWork directly with agents to confirm models, negotiate costs and usage and facilitate contractsOversee retouching schedules, priority image requests and pdp image updatesManage photoshoot budgets, approve and submit invoicing on a timely basisManage photo studio, purchase EQ and supplies, manage photo samplesProject Manager (40%)Manage marketing projects from start to finish to include creative for email, site, paid ads, social and marketing collateralManage weekly check ins with creative and marketing to ensure deliverables are on timeDevelop detailed timelines in Wrike and ensure all projects remain on trackDevelop strong partnerships with cross functional teamsIdentify areas of opportunity for marketing process improvements and help to identify solutionsYou are:Experienced in working on a DTC and/or retail brandExperienced with Wrike or similar project planning toolEqually comfortable driving high-level planning and managing hands-on production detailsCalm, steady, and solutions-oriented under pressureAn excellent communicator who can clearly align cross-functional teamsA champion of process who sees structure as a tool for creativity (not a barrier to it)You have:6-8 years of photo production experience in-house or agencySolid experience working with teams managing projectsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsIncredible attention to detailA bachelor’s degreeThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesOur benefits:Generous paid time off401k matchingComprehensive health plans for you and your familySupplemental mental health benefitsMonthly wellness reimbursementDog friendly officesEmployee Discount Program!Pay range:$120,000 - $141,000 annually/per hourBase pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
