We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Site supervision: Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, from pre-construction through close-out, to ensure work conforms to plans and specifications.
- Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update the project schedule in Buildertrend software, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Safety enforcement: Enforce a "safety-first" culture by implementing and monitoring compliance with all safety protocols, regulars and company polices.
- Quality control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work and materials meet the projects quality standards.
- Communication and reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site matters. Maintain a daily log in Buildertrend of activities and communicate progress, issues and resolutions to the Project Manager and Construction Manager.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise on-site to prevent delays.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Submit weekly reports and updated schedule to the Construction Manager for approval to send to clients.
- Experience: Previous experience in residential construction management or other related fields
- Software proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software. Experience with construction management software, including BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
