Job Title: Patient Access Coordinator
Location: 3-month on-site training in Montvale, NJ REQUIRED
Hours: M-F: 8am-5pm

Essential Duties:
- Answers telephone on ACD line, screen calls, takes message and provides information.
- Handles all incoming telephone calls by login into the Operator and re-schedule ACD lines and direct the call to the appropriate staff. Announces caller when appropriate to staff.
- Takes messages off voicemail and returns calls.
- Messages allied health staff via SRS messaging with regard to patient issues.
- Assists appointment scheduling staff when necessary with rescheduling appointments.
- Responds to emergency calls according to established procedures.
