What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Metrology Technician position at Rothe Development Inc?
Functional Responsibilities:
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years' training or experience in a technical field. Reports to the Lab Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Rothe shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). - Performs repairs, calibrations, and general housekeeping
- Understands the objective of calibration and how to assess results
- Required to keep the Lab Manager informed of any equipment status changes that would affect its delivery
- Reports any problems or needed improvements to the Lab Manager
- Must be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the management system
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years' training or experience in a technical field. Reports to the Lab Manager.

- No certifications required for this level
- Completion of on the job training provided by the laboratory, including training in Pressure and Torque to become proficient and understand basic calibration principles in order to move to the Metrology Technician I position
