Working with a California based team, we are currently seeking a Project Manager to focus on the recruitment of contract attorneys and temporary support teams for document review projects across the U.S.

• Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Project Manager will:

• Identify and outline the scope of the project, recruit, interview, and manage all project staff.

• Manage quality assurance and operational efficiencies of the project and manage deadlines related to the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Act as a liaison between the customer firm and project staff.

• Recruit contract attorneys for various roles.

• Develop client relationships and works closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts.

What Do We Look For?

• Individuals with a law degree or legal background

• Excellent business acumen and customer service skills

• Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills

• Previous experience handling temporary recruiting preferred

• Ability to manage competing priorities using strong critical thinking skills

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures

• Experience or knowledge of e-discovery procedures

• Must be in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA) if an active member

• Previous recruiting experience helpful
