What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Roth Jackson?
Roth Jackson, a mid-size firm with offices in Tysons Corner and Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a litigation associate to join its team. Roth Jackson’s litigation teams handle complex individual and class-action cases across the country, primarily in federal court, but we also regularly appear in Virginia state courts too. The associate will be given as much responsibility as they can reasonably handle, from writing briefs, developing cases with the senior attorneys and clients, and appearing in court.
We focus our litigation practice in several areas, such as TCPA and FTC consumer-protection cases, communications and software matters, employment, and commercial real estate disputes. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, be licensed in Virginia, and committed to good writing, curiosity, and client service (and hopefully some other subjects that invigorate them outside the office!). We’re a small but nimble team, so there’s nowhere to hide, but everywhere to grow.
