Your Role
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll help deliver the quality, professionalism, and "White Glove" experience that homeowners have trusted Roth to provide for over 50 years.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Installing and modifying ductwork and air distribution systems
- Leading installation projects from start to finish
- Mentoring and developing apprentice installers
- Ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards
- Maintaining organized jobsites and company vehicles
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Completing job documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong technical and installation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality
