Roth Custom Solutions is a flexible and creative construction outfit servicing Butler county and the greater Pittsburgh area. This position will best be filled by an enthusiastic, driven and independent person who is interested in learning multiple skills and disciplines in the course of completing a variety of projects, from kitchen and bathroom renovations, to excavation, drainage and outdoor living.
The majority of work days will be spent working closely with the owner of the company and the sales professional to meet client expectations in an efficient and well laid out manner. Self management will be required once the employee is comfortable with the tasks given to them.
The ideal applicant would have experience running landscape construction equipment (skidloader, excavator) and will be required to demonstrate these skills. Experience in layout and installation of exterior construction projects (some or all of the following) such as patios, pools, sidewalks and decks Interior construction would be a big benefit in this position.
Roth Custom Solutions is a company that works indoors on kitchens and baths throughout the winter, knowledge of basic carpentry skills and the various ways to keep projects square during installation is desired, though not required.
The ability to drive a manual transmission and pull a trailer is a plus.
