This position is designated as Hybrid - Fully Flexible and expected to work from our World Headquarters office once per month to several times a week. The specific days in the office are determined by managers based on business requirements. Overview
The Solutions Architect supports one or more product teams by designing solutions that meets the needs of Rotary International’s external and internal products. The Solutions Architect is a technology leader who will be responsible for architecting solutions for various business functions within Rotary. The architect will work along with the Product Manager to exercise end-to-end accountability for the solution to ensure quality outcomes while adhering to technology architecture standards. You will drive the definition and evolution of the organizations' solutions architecture by contributing to the establishment of design patterns and guidelines.
You Will Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 10 years of progressive related work experience. Experience with front end development using C#, React, CSS, and HTML required Provide leadership and cross-functional digital product standards as applied throughout the product delivery teams Collaborate with various domain experts to support the company's strategic initiatives such as cloud adoption and participant experience Experience in designing architectural standards in at least two of the following areas:

- Design and management of solution architectures spanning application, data and cloud infrastructure; the SA works closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Dev teams
- Work on product technical design and feasibility assessments accounting for technical constraints
- Design solutions that mesh with Rotary’s enterprise architecture and standards
- Design, develop and implement components and templates in Sitecore.
- Ensure quality delivery by performing design reviews and code walkthroughs to ensure adherence to standards and security guidelines.
- Recommend best practices for the entire solution
- Scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering as necessary
- Select the technology stack and perform a resource evaluation
- Provide architectural vision for new product or product increment and its ballpark estimate.
- Communication: Be open to receiving ideas from diverse viewpoints and able to communicate messages so that they are universally understood.
- Collaboration: Builds partnerships and works jointly with others to meet shared objectives.
