This position is designated as Hybrid - Fully Flexible and expected to work from our World Headquarters office once per month to several times a week. The specific days in the office are determined by managers based on business requirements. Rotary is under the jurisdiction of Illinois employment laws; we require all employees to live within reasonable daily commuting distance to Evanston.

Position Overview

You Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 years of professional experience as a product owner of software products and/or services, business analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of data warehouse and BI solutions and practices such as ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Models, BI and Data Warehousing tools and technologies
- Experience with sprint planning
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working with an offshore development and testing team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team oriented with proven ability to build consensus across groups with different priorities and lead diverse cross-functional teams.
- Tackles problems with creativity and a positive attitude.
- Possesses strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to understand the product needs of the future and influence all stakeholders to prioritize them
- Responsible for developing user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritizing backlog
- Responsible for sprint planning and sprint review discussions with dev team.
- Processing and analyzing product feedback from stakeholders
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with various stakeholders
- Analyzing functional and non-functional product requirements, dependencies, and constraints and decompose them into tasks for the development team;
- Supporting the development team
- Ensuring ongoing collaboration with other product development teams to align work and proactively manage cross-team dependencies
- Act as mediator between the Business stakeholders, leadership teams and the development teams
- Communication: Be open to receiving ideas from diverse viewpoints and able to communicate messages so that they are universally understood.
- Collaboration: Builds partnerships and works jointly with others to meet shared objectives.
