The company is renowned for crafting high-quality non-fiction content for top-tier cable networks. This is a full-time on-site role in Laurel, MD, for the Owner of Pilgrim Media Group. The Owner will oversee the strategic development, creative direction, and operational management of all company projects. Key responsibilities include leading teams in the production of high-quality content, driving innovation, managing relationships with clients and networks, and ensuring the company meets its financial and creative goals. The role emphasizes leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to navigate both traditional and digital media landscapes.

• Proven experience in content production, creative direction, and the development of successful media projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and grow a diverse team
• Proficiency in understanding cable and digital video production, including VOD and streaming platforms
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management abilities
• Knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, and financial oversight in a media production environment
• Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of non-fiction and reality television genres
• Established network and relationships within the media and entertainment industry
• Experience in developing cross-platform content strategies is a plus
