Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Vice President of Finance responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include financial planning, analyzing financial statements, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all financial practices. The SVP of Finance will also play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and providing analytical insights to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance operations
- Experience in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, identify trends and support strategy
- Demonstrated leadership in financial management within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA, CFA, or other financial certifications are a plus
- Experience in international financial regulations and compliance is beneficial
