Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wound care needs

• Develop and implement wound care protocols to promote wound healing and prevent further complications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide evidence-based education to patients and their families on wound care and prevention

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia

• Experience in wound care nursing or a related field (0 years of experience)

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction

• Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 24-hour, full-service sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care facility located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia.
