Description:Summary: Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor and Process Technician, the Set-Up Technician is responsible to install and remove molds and organize area to meet schedule requirements. Minimize operation “down-time” with proper preparation and positioning of all required items.Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to perform all duties of Material HandlerMold installation; complete to the point of Process Tech being able to start productionMold removal; complete disconnect, prep for storage, etc.Organize job operation work areaDirect Material Handler to assist where neededMonitor IQMS Schedule to support timely start/completion of jobPerform other duties as requiredTraining Requirements (OJT 90 Days or less): Ongoing, informal, evaluation by Management for additional training needs.Work Experience:Minimum six (6) months knowledge and experience in Material Handler positionKnowledge of IQMS and ability to navigate system to perform job functionsRequirements: Skills Required:Basic Skills consisting of reading, writing, mathematics, speaking and listening.Thinking Skills consisting of creative thinking, problem solving skills, decision making skills and visualization.People Skills consisting of social and teamwork.Personal Quality Skills consisting of self-esteem, self-management and responsibility.Educational Requirements: Prefer High School diploma or equivalent.
