This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer located in Germantown, WI. As a Process Engineer, you will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, developing process controls, troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role involves leveraging technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing systems
- Strong knowledge of Process Control methods to analyze and improve production efficiency
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify and solve process-related challenges
