Requirements:
- You're based in Los Angeles, CA and available for in-person events and meetups
- You're a creator yourself with deep understanding of creator culture, trends, and challenges
- You have proven experience managing and growing social media channels (TikTok, Instagram)
- You're comfortable being on-camera as talent for content creation and demos
- You're a natural networker who builds authentic relationships easily
- You have experience with community management and event organizing
- You're fluent in creator economy dynamics and platform changes
- Experience with Slack and strong organizational skills for pipeline management
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture the creator community through industry events, conferences (like VidCon), and meetups
- Organize and host informal creator events, happy hours, and networking opportunities
- Own and grow COY's social media presence with authentic, platform-native content
- Serve as on-camera talent for product demos, interviews, and social content
- Be the voice of creators, bringing community insights back to product and business teams
- Assist with business development pipeline administration and lead tracking
- Position COY as an essential partner for creators building long-term businesses
- Create compelling content showcasing how COY helps creators own their audience and data
