What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Dental Assistant position at Rossy Pediatric Dentistry?
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental team! If you enjoy working with children and helping create positive dental experiences, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
● Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
● Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
● Take digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license is a MUST)
● Provide patient education and support to children and parents
● Maintain accurate patient records
● Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment for our young patients
Qualifications:
● Dental assisting experience of 1-2 years(pediatric experience is a plus)
● Current and active New Jersey X-ray license
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Friendly, energetic, and reliable
● Ability to work well as part of a team
