Key Responsibilities: The Heart of Our Hospital
You will be the welcoming face and voice that guides our clients, responsible for:
- Warm Welcomes: Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival, creating a calming and welcoming atmosphere.
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently scheduling appointments, managing the hospital calendar, and ensuring smooth client flow.
- Client Communication: Expertly handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries about our cutting-edge services and pet care.
- Record Integrity: Maintaining and updating accurate, confidential patient records and client information.
- Financial Handling: Processing payments and resolving billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Team Support: Collaborating closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure seamless clinic operations and assisting with basic animal handling as needed.
