What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Leads will also be provided to our best sellers as we get them through our ads.
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process
- Present roofing solutions and close deals
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects
- Provide top-tier customer service from start to finish
- Work closely with our team to ensure smooth project completion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Sales experience is a plus (roofing preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to learn and hustle
