- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Ensure all food service items are properly sanitized and stored after cleaning.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by helping with basic food handling tasks.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
