Job Qualifications:
Necessary:
- A driver’s license and reliable form of transportation
- Ability to bend, stand, and kneel for long periods of time, lift 50 pounds without assistance, and occasionally use scaffolding or ladders
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the painting/construction industries and customer service knowledge
- A trade school degree/certificate
- Proficiency with painting tools and industry knowledge
The Work:
- Support the execution of new and existing commercial and residential interior/exterior painting projects and touch ups
- Perform end-to-end activities including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces
- Utilize paint brushes, paint rollers, and spray guns to precisely and efficiently paint various surfaces including drywall, wood, and concrete
- Engage with team members, clients, and contractors to build sustainable relationships and brand awareness

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Construction painting: 1 year (Preferred)
