Piano, Guitar, Voice, Vocal, Drums, Special Needs Music Instructors

Los Angeles Music Teachers are hiring qualified Piano, Voice, Vocal, Violin, Saxophone, Drums and also especially in need of Music Therapy/Special Needs Music Instructors in Burbank, and surrounding cities (esp. Glendale, Hollywood, Studio City, but all over LA County)

All lessons are private, one-on-one. We're especially looking for teachers who can teach students of all ages and are available for both in-home lessons and on-site at our school.

A college degree in music is NOT required, but preferred. Many of our best teachers are performers who have 10 years of experience, are great with children and have an outgoing personality.

We take care of all administration, payments and marketing. It's a great position for teachers who want to fill up one or two days with students. Possibility for more.

Job Type: Part-time

Experience: MUST have at least one year of experience. (If you have less than one year and you are willing to learn, we can train you)

Requirements

- Must play a musical instrument - Violin, Piano, Guitar, Voice, Bass, Cello and Drum

- Must have experience teaching beginners and intermediate students.

- Must interact effectively and demonstrate an understanding of basic concepts and communicate those concepts in an age appropriate manner with students ages 4 and up.

- Ability to interact effectively with children (and/or adults)

Qualifications:

• Must have positive attitude and strong rapport with children.
• Must be able to help children organize and understand practice routines
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience strongly preferred.
• Must have clean background.
• Must be available between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm.

Pay:
Starting pay $40.00 - 65.00 per 1 hour Lesson
