What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at RossCorp?
Welcome to RossCorp! We are a family owned marketing and sales company that just expanded from Kentucky. We are looking to replicate our success here in Nashville and need excited, motivated individuals to add to our salesforce. We currently are working with 2 clients in the telecomm industry and 1 non profit organization. We believe an interpersonal approach is the most effective way to drive sales and increase market penetration. A well spoken, excited individual is much more convincing than a television commercial we fast forward through, so we are looking to train and develop an in-person sales team to increase our clients revenue by 30% month over month. Responsibilities include:Learning the sales cycle from beginning to endDeveloping content to present to potential customersMaking face to face presentations in 4 different mediums of marketingLeading and overseeing eventsSending market research, twice a month, to our clientsWe provide full, paid training to all of our candidates, so even without experience everyone has an equal opportunity to be successful.
