Job Summary
We are a well-established, easy-going dental office seeking a dependable and personable part-time dental assistant to join our team.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly using infection control protocols.
- Assist dentists chairside for general dental procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-ray).
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting, infection control standards, anatomy knowledge, and dental terminology.
- Ability to operate X-ray equipment safely .
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members including dental receptionists and hygienists.
- Certification in radiography (X-ray) preferred.
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
