Job Description:
Ross Valve Manufacturing Company, Inc. is rapidly expanding and we are looking for an addition to our Assembly department effective immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assembling, testing, and repairing pressure reducing water valves.
· Disassembling, repairing, and replacing parts to correct issues and ensure valves meet specifications.
· Identifying and resolving issues with valve assembly and performance.
· Inspecting components and completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
· Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines during all assembly and testing operations.
· Works with other assemblers and engineers to ensure accurate valve assembly.
Qualifications:
· Understanding of mechanical principles and assembly processes.
· Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
· Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to valve assembly and performance.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
