We're a new veteran-owned pavement maintenance company serving Middle Tennessee and are looking for a dependable Crew Technician to join our field crew.
No pavement-maintenance experience required. We will train the right person on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.
What we're looking for:
- Military veterans strongly encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather
- Dependable and willing to work hard
- Able to operate equipment safely
- Willing to learn new technology
Military experience that may translate well: motor transport, equipment operation, construction, engineering, logistics, maintenance, aviation maintenance, heavy equipment, combat arms or other hands-on technical specialties.
Pavement-maintenance experience is not required. We will train you.
