Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, office is located in Flowery Branch, GA although most of the work for this position would be traveling around Metro Atlanta, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency with CRM systems and
Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of pressure washing services is beneficial
• Knowledge, connections and an understanding of commercial and multifamily management companies as well as commercial construction companies definitely a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
