Essential Job Duties:
- Observe rules governing privileged communication and confidential information.
- Send hold for documents and no call postcards to LegalShield members.
- Reception relief.
- Make copies as needed.
- Clean and organize the downstairs copy room, ensuring that it is tidy and well stocked.
- Monitor and restock copy room supplies, such as paper, fax coversheets, paper clips, staples and tape.
- Clean and organize the break room on a daily basis, ensuring that it is tidy, welcoming and well stocked.
- Empty and clean coffee pots, ensuring they are ready for use the next day.
- Monitor and restock breakroom supplies, such as sweeteners, paper towels, cups and utensils.
- Keep track of inventory, and report any supply needs to the Office Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the breakroom by promptly cleaning up spills and wiping down surfaces.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to address any maintenance or cleaning issues that may arise in the copy and breakrooms.
- Assist in setting up and organizing office events or meetings, including arranging chairs, tables and refreshments, as required.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations within the office.
- Perform other general office tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior work experience required; customer service experience preferred.
- Good keyboard skills and computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills/focus with demonstrated composure, ownership and professionalism.
- Good telephone communication skills; listening, courtesy and professionalism.
- Positive, upbeat, helpful and patient temperament.
- Good prioritization, organization and multitasking skills.
- Must be reliable with consistent attendance, adhering to office hours, punctuality and professional presentation.
- Must live in North Texas (Tarrant and contiguous counties).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
