Ross Title, a trusted leader in Southwest Florida real estate closings and a multiple-time Best of Naples winner, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to join our North Naples office. This is an in-person position and an opportunity to work within a highly respected, fast-paced, and supportive legal/title environment.
The Closer is one of the most visible roles in our company—you help define the client experience. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, precise, and committed to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare closing packages, including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and all related documentation.
Review and balance settlement statements and closing disclosures with accuracy and compliance.
Identify, communicate, and assist in resolving title issues such as liens, encumbrances, or payoff discrepancies.
Coordinate efficiently with lenders, Realtors, attorneys, and internal team members to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Maintain high standards of responsiveness, professionalism, and client care.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance procedures are strictly followed.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in title processing or real estate closings (required).
Strong working knowledge of the title/closing process and the ability to review documents with precision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the judgment to escalate issues appropriately.
Self-driven, dependable, and able to thrive both independently and within a team environment.
