Lead Junk Removal Driver (Winter Season)

We’re looking for a motivated Lead Junk Removal Driver to join our crew this winter — someone who takes pride in a job well done, leads by example, and is ready to grow into a leadership role with us.

• Drive to job sites, tow and haul materials safely (using your own truck)
• Load, remove, and transport items for disposal or donation
• Provide friendly, professional customer service every time
• Ensure all items are handled and disposed of responsibly
• Represent Ross Junk Removal with integrity and care
• Train and grow toward a lead role based on performance

• A truck capable of towing at least 5,000 lbs
• Experience driving with trailers preferred
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and walk or stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours)
• Reliability, customer service skills, and a strong work ethic
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Military veterans encouraged to apply

• $40/day (average of less than 2 hours of work) or 12% of the total day’s value (Performance based scaling)— whichever is greater
• $10 bonus for each Google review mentioning your name
• 5% commission on any closed leads you generate
• Flexible schedule, holidays off, and uncapped earning potential
