Ross Insurance Agency is a fast-growing independent agency that offers clients choices from multiple carriers and gives them personal, responsive service. We're looking for a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys helping people, does well in a busy office, and takes ownership of each client relationship. You'll report directly to the agency owner and have a real impact on the agency's success. As the agency grows, you'll have real opportunities to advance into larger roles.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, text, and walk-in.
● Process changes and endorsements through carrier portals for existing clients personal lines policies.
● Take payments and handle billing, including reminder calls and non-pay notices.
● Call clients about renewal increases, review their options, and remarket when needed.
● Quote new business for referrals and existing clients.
● Report claims and follow up with clients to ensure smooth claims experience.
What You Bring
● An active NYS DFS Property & Casualty license (required)
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer
● $50,000–$60,000 a year, plus bonus and commission
