We are looking for a customer driven Director to oversee a program that assists individuals with opportunities related to employment and training in the North Central WV area. The Director is responsible for the effective supervision of program operations and coordination of staff, services and performance-driven outcomes. The position oversees all processes including case management, measurable performance requirements, program eligibility, outreach, workshops, and follow-up. Knowledge of community social services, support agencies, business community is preferred. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. May require occasional reimbursed travel. Previous supervisory experience is required and a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred. We offer health benefits and a 401k plan with contribution.
