ROSS Consultancy USA is hiring for a Superintendent position to support the Swing-Shift (14:00 to 00:00) on a major Semiconductor project in Chandler, Arizona.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding field operations through the night, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, and ensuring they are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Superintendent - What You'll Do
- Direct and coordinate the swing shift activities of subcontractors and trade labor across your assigned scope of work
- Take ownership of safety compliance, schedule performance, quality control, and budget adherence on-site
- Provide direct supervision to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns within your area of responsibility
- Make informed, timely decisions on scheduling, material logistics, trade staffing levels, and quality assurance
- Coordinate work across multiple trades to ensure smooth, well-integrated project operations
- Resolve on-site challenges related to procedures, design clarifications, labor availability, and equipment scheduling
- Report to the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, or Project Executive as required
Superintendent - What We're Looking For
- Ideally 5 years proven experience in a superintendent or senior field leadership role on commercial construction projects, Ideally Semiconductor, Data Center or other similar mission-critical project experience
- Strong working knowledge of construction safety standards and site compliance
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore)
- OSHA certification preferred
