ROSS Consultancy USA is currently identifying an experienced CSA Project Manager/Superintendent to join a high-profile, Semiconductor Manufacturing project in Lafayette, Indiana, on a long-term basis.

Project Manager (CSA) Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Owner’s Representative: Serve as the primary authority and liaison, guiding the General Contractor through site management challenges while implementing top-tier industry best practices.
- Champion Elite Safety Standards: Drive a culture of excellence by setting high benchmarks, leading by example, and ensuring all subcontractors are held strictly accountable for the safe execution of CSA activities.
- Proactive Risk Management: Mastermind the prevention of site incidents through rigorous planning, constant field oversight, and seamless coordination with safety teams to guarantee a secure work environment.
- Define and Deliver Objectives: Articulate and enforce critical CSA goals regarding safety, scope, scheduling, and quality, ensuring every contractor and site team is aligned with the project’s mission.
- High-Level Stakeholder Influence: Take a seat at the table for key project decisions, acting as a professional client-facing lead and building powerful relationships with on-site personnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fuel project success by partnering with team members across all disciplines, actively engaging in strategic planning and coordination.
- Mastery of Primavera P6: Leverage advanced scheduling skills to manage logic sequencing, provide real-time progress updates, and execute deep-dive critical path analyses.
- Bridge Design and Execution: Partner with design teams to provide high-impact constructability feedback, optimizing RFIs and Change Orders for maximum efficiency.
- Command the Final Delivery: Lead the CSA scope through a flawless close-out process, meticulously managing punch lists, commissioning, and validation to ensure total room readiness and client satisfaction.
Ideal Project Manager (CSA) background:
- Extensive Industry Expertise: Bring at least 10 years of specialized construction experience within industrial or engineering sectors, ideally with a background in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, oil and gas, or large-scale manufacturing environments.
- CSA Mastery: Possess a deep working knowledge of Civil, Structural, and Architectural principles alongside current industry best practices and standards.
- Technical Literacy: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in interpreting complex technical documents, including P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and intricate project specifications.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Elite Communication: Exhibit superior verbal and written skills, with the ability to act as a primary liaison between clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory inspectors.
- Practical Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience identifying and resolving sophisticated CSA challenges throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial construction and commissioning to active operations.
- Regulatory Rigor: Maintain a thorough understanding of essential safety codes and regulations, including NFPA, OSHA, and other relevant industry standards.
- Project Management Savvy: Proficient in modern PM methodologies and software tools to maintain strict control over project scheduling, budgeting, and field execution.
