Ross Consultancy US provides expert EPCM services across complex construction sectors. We’re seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our team on a major semiconductor facility project in Chandler. You’ll lead the delivery of electrical construction activities on this high-tech, fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical field operations
- Enforce safety standards and lead toolbox talks and inspections
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and client semiconductor standards
- Plan installation sequences with engineering and other trades
- Review drawings and submittals for accuracy and constructability
- Manage testing, commissioning, and documentation for system turnover
- Provide daily reporting and progress updates to the Project Manager
- Support crews with technical guidance on cleanroom systems, power distribution, and process tool hook-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction sequencing
- Ability to lead field teams and coordinate across disciplines
- Familiarity with commissioning, QA/QC processes, and turnover requirements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
