Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Area supervisors, located in Cleveland, OH. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory control. Additional responsibilities include training and developing team members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Supervisor will also contribute to visual merchandising and execute promotional activities.
