Duties

- Lead and develop store teams through effective training, orientation, and performance management.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular audits to maintain accurate records.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices are followed.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and budget management to optimize profitability.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling and cashier oversight.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Monitor merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
