A Ross Stores Area Supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
- Monitor store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed in accordance with Ross Stores standards
- Train and develop associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Typically will be a closing supervisor. i.e. 2p-10pm and on weekends until 11 pm excluding holiday hours.
