Position Overview
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and vehicle maintenance. Your expertise and work ethic will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools and administrative systems.
- Demonstrate courteous and professional interactions with all customers.
- Assist as a secondary greeter near the Service Drive to welcome customers.
- Stay updated with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations.
- Deliver safe and reliable vehicle services on the first attempt.
- Address original customer concerns before offering additional services.
- Inspect vehicles for maintenance aligned with local and factory recommendations and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Ensure customers’ vehicles are returned clean or cleaner than when received.
- Participate actively in factory and in-house training programs.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and maintain organization of repair orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain punctuality, readiness to work, and adhere to uniform standards.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with scheduled hours as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- High-energy personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and understand instructions clearly.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Valid State driver's license with a good driving record.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude is required.
- Technical or trade school degree preferred.
