Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Specialist role based in Bethesda, MD. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards across multifamily property operations. Core responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, developing and implementing policies, monitoring regulatory updates, and providing training and guidance to staff to maintain compliance across all properties.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Compliance Management, Legal Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and resolve compliance concerns
- Exceptional Communication skills to train staff and explain compliance policies
- Proficiency in managing documentation and regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Law, or Public Administration preferred
