Ross Air is looking for a highly motivated sales-driven professional to help us grow our rapidly expanding service division.
This is not an administrative role.
This is a revenue-producing position for someone who enjoys helping customers, closing opportunities, building relationships, and directly impacting the growth of a business.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will play a critical role in converting leads into closed replacement projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation
- $30,000 Base Salary
- 5% Commission on Closed Replacement Revenue
- Immediate earning potential: ($150,000 annually)
About the Opportunity
Ross Air is actively investing in the growth of our service division and currently generates hundreds of inbound opportunities each year through marketing, referrals, maintenance customers, and existing client relationships.
We are looking for someone who is excited about helping us build something special and wants to be rewarded for the value they create.
The right person will have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of the division and their own income.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Follow up on replacement opportunities
- Work existing and aged leads within our CRM
- Guide customers through financing and purchasing options
- Send proposals, financing applications, and payment links
- Schedule installations and coordinate next steps
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
- Help maximize the return on every lead Ross Air generates
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communicator
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable talking with customers by phone, text, and email
- Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
- Positive, coachable, and growth-oriented
- Comfortable working inside a CRM and learning new systems
- HVAC experience is a plus but not required
