What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Seasonal Tax Clerk position at Rosovich & Associates Inc?
We are seeking a tax clerk / processor / breakdown person for a Full-Time Seasonal (Feb-April 15, 2025) position to join our tax team. The position is Monday - Friday and you must be able to work overtime. 8 am to 6 pm. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Ideally, you would return annually during tax season to continue serving our client base. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You will be working in our offices.
- Collating and processing completed tax returns.
- Filing, copying and faxing.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mailed in tax returns.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Light phone duty.
- Previous experience in office admin
- Ability to prioritize & multitask.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
