Overview:
Rosner Resources is collaborating with a successful firm in South Florida currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. Primary responsibilities include full-cycle Accounts Payable activities, including matching invoices through weekly check runs, expense reports, addressing vendor queries, and reconciliation. Additional tasks include preparation of journal entries, 1099’s, and assistance with month end & year end activities.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
3 years working within a fast-paced corporate AP environment
GAAP experience & comprehension
Excellent communication skills
Advanced MS Excel
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
