We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team, working 2 to 4 days a week across two locations in Bayside, Queens and Roslyn Heights, NY. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care including examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This role involves collaboration with a small dental team and reporting directly to the General Manager, with quarterly performance reviews to support professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform restorative procedures and preventive care
- Provide cosmetic dental procedures and emergency care
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team
- Maintain accurate patient records using EagleSoft software
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in general dentistry
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid Dental License in New York State
- Proficiency in patient examination, restorative dentistry, and radiography interpretation
- Strong knowledge of infection control and patient communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work some weekends is preferred
