Key Essential Functions/Duties
- Create and process purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, MRO supplies, and services.
- Maintain accurate vendor and item records in the ERP system.
- Assist with invoice matching and reconciliation in coordination with Accounts Payable.
- Track and follow up on open orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays.
- File and organize procurement documents and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team.
- Assist with reporting and data entry related to procurement activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, administrative support, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or coursework in business or supply chain.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Experience with food manufacturing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
