Position Title: Foreman/Line Lead
Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
The Foreman/Line Lead you will be responsible for ensuring production lines are clean and in working order, train new employees, and ensure production while continually improving day-to-day operations.
As the Foreman/Line Lead you:
- Train and coach employees
- Manage the production schedule
- Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning
- Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas
- Inventory management software maintenance
- Record production data during quality checks
- Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
Desired and Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
- Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing plant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professionalism and a passion for leadership
- Experience with food service/manufacturing a plus
