Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products, addressing any rework resulting from equipment malfunctions.
- Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain inventory management software for accurate tracking of materials.
- Record production data during quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Obtain information from relevant sources through observation, data entry, and database management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
